Meet Ejay and Austin. Fun Fact: They share the same birthday! Ejay Oravecz is our in-house Sr. Communications Specialist and the co-lead of the Pride Alliance ERG. With a rich background as a folklorist, Ejay has a knack for spinning compelling narratives and sharing information in the most creative ways. If you ever need to know the "why" or "how" behind a story, they're your go-to. Austin McCool, on the other hand, is the heartbeat of our customer interactions as the Customer Experience Coordinator. Not only does he listen to your feedback, but he actively uses it to make your experiences with us better. When he's not poring over customer reviews, Austin's usually drumming up a storm or spending quality time with his three amazing kids. Together, they combine the power of storytelling with customer insights to create content that's as engaging as it is informative.
