2024 was a year that asked us to grow—not just in size, but in purpose. It challenged us to get sharper, be bolder, and stay rooted in what matters most: our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed.

We’re proud to share our second annual Impact Report, a reflection of the work we’ve done, the lives we’ve touched, and the impact we’ve made as a business and a community. This year’s report tells the story of our progress through numbers, stories, and moments that mattered.

In 2024, we stretched ourselves. We expanded our capabilities, refined our service offerings, and leaned into new opportunities to better serve our contractors, customers, and communities.

Here’s a snapshot of the growth:

  • 19,806 contingent workers supported
  •  $2.8B in managed spend
  • 541 payroll programs run
  • 273 PG employees
  • 99% H-1B petition approval rate
  • #6 H-1B employer in Michigan
  •  100% MSP contract renewal rate
We also expanded our IT Project Services, offering scalable, high-quality support to some of the largest financial institutions in the country.

Not every win makes headlines—but these moments deserve a spotlight:

  • We launched a new partnership with HonorVet Technologies, a veteran-owned, Michigan-based company, to help veterans transition into meaningful civilian careers.
  • Our PG Pathfinder Program continued mentoring suppliers ready to grow and make an impact.
  • Our Supplier Compliance Program vetted over 200 independent contractors and processed more than 1,800 invoices.
These partnerships and programs aren’t just operational wins—they reflect our commitment to trust, transparency, and lifting others as we climb.

 

Putting People First

Our employees—who we call Climbers—are the heartbeat of PG. This year, we focused on growth, trust, and connection in new ways:

  • 89% of employees feel engaged at work
  • 94% say PG’s culture is inclusive for all people
  • 88% feel they’re contributing to something bigger than themselves
  • We held 12 company-wide events, awarded 263 peer recognition shoutouts, and hosted 349 Snack Chat participants across departments
We also introduced new growth platforms like Korn Ferry, added to our learning tools, and leaned into leadership development.

Community impact is part of PG’s DNA. Through the Populus Project, we supported the places and people that shape us:

- Partnered with Boys Hope Girls Hope Detroit (now Hope Ignites) to support underserved youth
- Funded scholarships for students at Seattle Nativity School
- Volunteered at hands-on STEM events through Code313 Detroit

When the community thrives, we all do—and that belief fuels everything we build!
