With a Pastor for a father, Dorian Cast, Immigration Operations Supervisor at Populus Group, grew up giving back to his community. When he entered the workforce he led two mostly separate lives, one professional, and one in which he Pastored and worked with those in the community who needed some extra support.
“Ah don’t worry about that, we’ll figure it out when you get here.”
After working part time and struggling to make ends meet to support his passion for community involvement, he found Populus Group—or rather Populus Group found him. Our passion for people with passion is part of our DNA—work-related or not—we find these are the folks we want to be around.
