PG's compensation policy for H-1B consultants was updated in January of this year.

Previously, PG gave consultants two options: standard pay rate plus paid holidays or a higher pay rate but no paid holidays. This gave consultants the freedom to select the option that worked best for their life situation. In January, stemming from guidance from the Department of Labor, all H-1B consultants were put on paid holiday compensation packages. As part of this change, PG also issued back-pay for unpaid holidays for consultants who selected the option of a higher pay rate with unpaid holidays.

This only impacted H-1B consultants—our compensation policy for all other PG contractors remained unchanged.
