Good things come in sets of three, and this third annual PG impact report is no exception. Let’s dive into how our community strove to become the partner of choice this past year.
Noteworthy Successes
Engagement and genuine care drove our continued success across many categories.
- Our customer NPS score was 60.2, exceeding the industry average of 43 for a third year in a row.
- PG sponsored and engaged at speaking events across the country this year, including NMSDC, NVBDC, and USPAACC.
- Our Engagement Committee hosted 37 company-wide events.

Proud Moments
Awards and recognition are key; they make us stop and reflect on our achievements and evaluate our goals.
- We earned two Top Places to Work recognitions from The Detroit Free Press and USA Today.
- We received the Bronze Partnership Excellence Award from Omnia.
- New certification alert! PG is now National Veteran Owned Business Association certified.
- Shoutout to Renee Peace who received our annual Compass Award for living out the three pillars of our company culture: Give > take, Go off the beaten path, and Speak from the heart.
Areas of Growth
We take pride in measuring areas of expansion, as growth is a healthy business function, and a hallmark of PG.
- We increased our following and engagement across three platforms; LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- PG’s top three blog articles ranged from educational to personal, highlighting meaningful stories.
- The amount of employee training funds nearly tripled to $41k.
- Employees leveled up with $23k in tuition funds used.
Populus Project
This year employees gave back to their communities in a meaningful way through service opportunities.
- Employees volunteered with Feed My Starving Children and Operation Commissary to pack more than 40,000 meals total for kids and veterans, respectively.
- We embraced our veteran-owned roots with opportunities through Volunteers of America Michigan and Operation Gratitude to honor our service members.
- Give>take fueled our virtual food drive with Gleaners Community Food Bank, with our community raising $1,000+ for Michigan families.
- Other Michigan-based opportunities included Hope Ignites Detroit and Code 313 in Detroit, and Seattle Nativity School for our west coast folks.
2025 was a year of doubling down (or, as the numbers might say, tripling down 😉) on our goals and values. 2026, you’re up next! Read our full impact report here.
